Hello everyone!

Just a quick note to let you all know that I’m, in fact, still alive! I’m really sorry that my dissappearance has gone on for so long, however I’m even more sorry to say that I’ll have to ask you to wait for me for a bit longer; real life matters got me good in their claws and it doesn’t seem they’ll be letting go at least for a while, haha.

However! If it’s an inconvenience, please let me know and I’ll resign immediately. I wouldn’t want to cause problems for the community. :(

(( I’m sorry I haven’t been very active recently. With RL having spiralled down into a huge mess, I’m afraid I’ll have to take a break from roleplaying. I promise it won’t take long, and I’ll return in all my slow-posting glory as soon as I get things back on track, so please don’t give up on me yet!

Well.

If, at this exact time, someone was to take a picture of Katia, without a doubt it would make it to the dictionaries as a perfect example of ‘stunned’.

However, this doesn’t last long, as she quickly tries to regain composure, succeeding only partially. }

“-Oh my…! T-the famous Mr. Whistler…! I-It’s a honour to meet you…!”

She held out a hand a little shakily, still fairly afraid of the stranger.

Ah, there was a jewel theft not too long ago. We’re still investigating - nothing’s come up yet, but I’d be surprised if it wasn’t that Don Paolo again.

A jewel theft, now that’s exciting! Though knowing life, it’s probably nowhere near as glamorous as they make out it the books, now is it?

But back to the topic at hand… what exactly was stolen? If that’s not classified information, of course. As for Don Paolo, I certainly wouldn’t put it beneath him - that man’s nothing but trouble, after all. Though…  You’re surely much better informed on that issue than me, but wasn’t he imprisoned not so long ago?”

Although I still resent taking a picture of myself enjoying my wife’s food…it was a tad bit silly for an inspector like me..
